HOMES WANTED FOR COLLABORATIVE PUBLIC ARTWORKS.

Arts Council Nelson is seeking multiple walls (or possibly sturdy fences) with good public foot-traffic to site four low relief  lizard shaped and two fish shaped  murals.

Each piece is comprised of hundreds of ceramic forms created by the community during our ‘Nelson Clay Week’ events. They demand attention and reward close inspection whilst also looking cool from a distance.

The sizes of each work vary, please see dimensions below.

The artworks are of low relief mosaic style on a robust marine ply backing which will require screwing to your wall to secure them in place. We would be happy to install works individually in Nelson, Stoke and/or Richmond at our cost.

Arts Council Nelson will retain ownership of the works and be responsible for any unlikely maintenance required and for de-installing works as and when appropriate.

All we are seeking is the wall space for a  good duration.

If you may be interested and/or would like to discuss any further details, please contact Lloyd by email at: lloyd@acn.org.nz or call on 027 326 6166.
